John Biggs is a Southwestern U.S.A. regional writer with about a dozen stories published online, in small circulation magazines, and in several anthologies. Most of his fiction deals with Native American issues which are commonly encountered in his home state of Oklahoma. He is the 2011 grand prize winner of the Writers Digest annual competition, third prize winner in the 2011 Lorian Hemingway short story contest, and was a finalist for the St. Lawrence Book Award in 2012.
